SIS stands for Suspended Imposition of Sentence - the person does not have to spend this time in jail -SIS is like probation.
ADC stands for Arkansas Department of Correction - the penitentiary, this is always felony time over 1 year in jail.
CPC stands for Community Punishment Center and is sometimes listed as DCP (Department of Community Punishment) or DCPC - it's a fancy name for Parole.
